Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WorshipGoods website, purchase or sale of products, and interaction with the platform and others. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Seller Policy, Return Policy, and Support Policy.

1. Definitions

• “Site” / “Platform” = worshipgoods.com and any subpages, mobile apps, APIs.

• “User” = any visitor or registered user (buyer or seller).

• “Buyer” = user who purchases goods.

• “Seller” = user who lists goods for sale.

• “Order” = purchase transaction initiated by buyer and accepted by seller.

2. Account Registration & Security

• To use buyer or seller features, you must register with valid credentials (email, mobile).

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activities under your account.

• WorshipGoods may suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious or prohibited behavior.

3. Use of the Platform

• You agree to use the platform to buy or sell lawful items only, in compliance with policies and applicable laws.

• You must not interfere with other users’ experience, spam, harass, or misuse system functions.

• You must not submit false, harmful, infringing, or malicious content.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

• A binding contract is formed when a seller accepts your order (or platform confirms order per workflow).

• Prices, shipping, and taxes are as displayed at checkout.

• Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is subject to the Return Policy.

5. Payment & Payout

• Buyers pay via the payment methods offered (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets etc.).

• Payment gateway terms apply.

• Sellers receive payouts after platform commission and deductions, within specified settlement periods (e.g. 7–15 business days).

6. Delivery & Title

• Sellers or shipping partners deliver products to buyers.

• Title and risk pass to buyer upon delivery (unless defect/damage during delivery).

• Sellers should provide tracking info and proof of delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

• Returns, refunds, cancellations follow the Return Policy.

• Disputes are resolved according to the Support Policy and platform mediation.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on WorshipGoods (logo, design, text, images) is owned by or licensed to WorshipGoods.

• You may not use our trademarks, brand name, or logo without permission.

• You grant WorshipGoods a license to display your listings and images.

9. Limitation of Liability

• WorshipGoods is a facilitator between buyers and sellers; we are not manufacturers.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for the particular product or transaction.

• We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold WorshipGoods (and its employees, agents) harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of platform, infringement claims, or other wrongdoing.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account or rights for violation of Terms, fraud, repeated policy violations, or legal reasons.

• Upon termination, you must settle pending orders, refund buyers, and cease use of the platform.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of [State / Union Territory, India] and jurisdiction of courts in [City, e.g. Mumbai].

• Any disputes not amicably resolved may be referred to arbitration or courts (as per your choice).

13. Changes to Terms
