At WorshipGoods, your satisfaction matters to us. The Return Policy outlines how you can return, exchange, or get refunds for purchases made on our site.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is in its original condition (unused, unopened, with all tags, in original packaging) and returned within [e.g. 7 / 10 / 15] days from delivery.

2. Return Process

2. Our team will evaluate and may request photos.

3. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization and provide return instructions (e.g. address, courier).

4. You must ship the item back within [e.g. 3–5 business days] using a traceable courier (seller may prepay or reimburse shipping, based on situation).

5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process the refund or exchange.

3. Refunds & Timelines

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g. bank, UPI, card) within [e.g. 7–10 business days] of receiving and approving the return.

• Shipping or handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item).

• In case of exchange, we will dispatch the replacement item once the returned item is received and approved.

4. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

• If return is initiated due to defect, damage, mis-shipment, or seller error, WorshipGoods will bear the return shipping cost or reimburse it.

• If return is by choice (e.g. “no longer needed”) and not a fault on our part, you (the buyer) may bear the return shipping cost.

• We recommend using reliable courier with tracking, insurance, and proof-of-shipment to avoid loss in transit.

5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

• Opened incense, fragrances, items with broken seals, consumables, or items clearly marked non-returnable.

• Items damaged by buyer misuse or negligence.

• Items past the return window.

• Digital downloads are non-returnable once delivered.

6. Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping without penalty, by contacting Support.

• Once shipping has begun or item delivered, the order will be subject to return policy conditions.

7. Amendments

• WorshipGoods may change or update this Return Policy at any time. The updated version will apply to new orders placed after the change.
